Desciption/Concept:

Fire Girl explores the armour that we wear, that we build around ourselves – layer by layer, experience by experience. Constructed in mosaic, each shard of glass represents moments of strength, vulnerability, protection, and resilience.

Fire is both destructive and transformative. It burns, but it also forges. In this piece, fire becomes symbolic of life’s challenges. The pressures that shape us and the heat that hardens our exterior.

The armour is not only protection from the outside world, but also a reflection of the internal battles we carry quietly.
