At Tamborine Glass Blowing we offer Glass Blowing, Torchwork/Lampwork classes, as well as Kiln Fusing and Mosaic workshops in small groups. We also take private bookings and can teach one-on-one and couples. Click the button below for bookings.
Our studio is based in beautiful Mount Tamborine in the Scenic Rim/Gold Coast Hinterland.
We have a spacious studio with a wide range of equipment and tools suitable for both beginners and advanced students of glass blowing, slumping, lampwork/torchwork and mosaic work.

We have Glass Blowing Classes for beginners, where you will learn the basics of glass-blowing.
All tools & equipment will be supplied, and each person will make two to three pieces.
Why not secure a spot in the next class?
A significant time is spent standing, please wear comfortable shoes that have a closed toe. Steel caps are always welcome, yet- not compulsory.
Upper body coverings; wear a cotton shirt. Long or short sleeve T-shirts are recommended.
Loose sleeves are to be avoided.
Leg coverings; wear cotton (natural fibres) pants.
(Shorts are preferred over skirts – considering your comfort within the activities & the bounds they may incur.)
Hair; Loose hair must be pulled back, secured neatly. BYO cotton hair net if you wish.
We provide; Heat gloves, eye glasses, and aprons where necessary.
